The web design that you have on your site will tell your customers a lot about you as a business person. If it is disorganized and not easy to navigate, they will likely move on to the next site to do their business. They will think that you, as a business owner, do not take pride in your business enough to make your site easy to move around and browse. This may not be the truth but appearances are relied on when you are doing business online.
